わたしの メールアドレスは ケー・エー・アール・イー・エヌ　アットマーク　イノラング　ドット　コム です。
(Watashi no mēru adoresu wa kē ē āru ī enu atto māku inorangu dotto komu desu.)

Did you notice how I omitted わたしの (watashi no)?
メールアドレスは ケー・ケー　アットマーク　イノラング　ドット　コムです。
(Mēru adoresu wa kē kē atto māku inorangu dotto komu desu.)
"[my] e-mail address is kk@innolang.com."
The speaker omitted わたしの meaning "my."
When giving your e-mail address in response to a request, you can omit the phrase, わたしの "my," because the context is clear in a two-person conversation.
The pattern is:
メールアドレスは (Mēru adoresu wa){E-MAIL ADDRESS} です。(desu.)
"E-mail address is {E-MAIL ADDRESS}."
メールアドレスは {E-MAIL ADDRESS} です。
This can be shortened even further.
ケー・ケー アットマーク　イノラング　ドット　コムです。
(Kē kē atto māku inorangu dotto komu desu.)
When responding to a request, you can omit the whole phrase, わたしの メールアドレスは meaning "as for my e-mail address," because it's clear from the context the speaker is giving their e-mail address. This is the shortest answer to a request to give your e-mail address.
{E-MAIL ADDRESS} です。(desu.)
"[It's] {e-mail address}"
{E-MAIL ADDRESS} です。
You should be aware of these shortcuts, but for this lesson, we'll use the full sentence pattern.
わたしの メールアドレスは {E-MAIL ADDRESS} です。
"My e-mail address is {E-MAIL ADDRESS}.
わたしの メールアドレスは {E-MAIL ADDRESS} です。
