ちちとははといもうととわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to imōto to watashi desu.)

ちちとははとあにとわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to ani to watashi desu.)

ちちとははとあねとわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to ane to watashi desu.)

ちちとははとあねとおとうととわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to ane to otōto to watashi desu.)

ちちとははとわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to watashi desu.)

Did you notice how I only named three family members?

ちちとははとわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to watashi desu.)

My father, mother, and me.

You can remove a family member plus と to talk about a family of three.

This sentence pattern is flexible.

Did you notice how Hana names four family members, in addition to herself?

ちちとははとあねとおとうととわたしです。 (Chichi to haha to ane to otōto to watashi desu. )

My father, mother, older sister, younger brother, and me.

You can add family members plus と to talk about a larger family.

Hide
